DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in the UK, but ping us an email if you fancy your parcel being delivered elsewhere and we'll get right to it. One of our priorities when the numbers pick up is teaming up with a carbon neutral courier partner to get your items to you. For now we're in rookie numbers territory but come back here soon and we'll be saying something different, with a nice, certifiably green delivery partner to boot. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. If you want it hurried along a little, ping us an email and we'll do our best to get it to you pronto.
RETURNS
If you don't like your item when it arrives or you want a different size, you can return it no problem. Just pop it in the post, addressed to E.Taplin Bill Hill Park, Twyford Road, Wokingham, RG40 5QT and be sure to include the slip with your name and order number on so we know where it's coming from. Please send it back in the beautiful, clean and brand new state it was mailed to you in. A full refund will be on its way. Please note that you have 28 days from when the order was received to return the item and items returned after this will not be refunded.
